Compliments Card

Spending your Compliments Card
(pre-paid card similar to Maestro):

We are pleased to accept Compliments Cards in full or part payment of our annual standard Motor and Home policies*.

Cover can be immediately arranged, as we are able to authorise your card transaction over the phone.

If you don’t have enough credit on your Compliments Card to pay the full annual premium, you may choose to pay the remaining balance by credit/debit card, or our monthly instalment facility (subject to status).

Any return premium will be issued by cheque, in accordance with our terms of business.

Capital Bonds

Spending your Capital Bonds:

We are pleased to accept Capital Bonds in full or part payment of our annual standard Motor and Home policies*.

Cover can either be arranged upon receipt of your Capital Bonds or, if immediate cover is required, we are able to accept a 20% deposit by debit/credit card, with the remaining balance in Capital Bonds to be forwarded to us.

If you don’t have enough Capital Bonds to pay the full annual premium, you may choose to pay the remaining balance by credit/debit card, or our monthly instalment facility (subject to status).

We are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for any Capital Bonds lost in the post, so strongly recommend you send your vouchers to us by Registered Post. Any return premium will be issued by cheque, in accordance with our terms of business. Partial refunds of Capital Bonds are not possible. For example, if your premium is £98 and you send us £100 in Capital Bonds, we are unable to refund the £2 difference.
